The application for admission should be completed in full by the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the applicant and submitted to Summit Academy via email at email@example.com The application should be accompanied by the $100 application fee (payable via e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org), copies of the applicant's reports cards from the previous academic year, and any learning or behavioral profiles from their current school.
It is expected that prospective families and students will meet with the Head of School and/or one of our Founders before or after applying for admission. It is during this time that Summit Academy's academic and athletic programs, philosophy, code of conduct and community will be discussed.
The final step in our admissions process is academic testing for all applicants. This is to ensure that students coming into the school meet minimum grade level requirements to ensure their future success at Summit Academy.
Entrance Requirements - Junior Primary
Students must be four years of age on or before December 31 of the calendar year they are applying for Grade P-9 & Junior Primary.
